HOW WE MEASURE A GARMENT
NZ SHIPPING FEES
We offer free shipping for all orders over $200 in New Zealand. Otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout. Please allow 2-5 days for shipping.
INTERNATIONAL / AU SHIPPING
Please note that due to recent increases in international shipping rates, we no longer offer free shipping outside of New Zealand. Please choose your preferred shipping option at checkout: express or economy.
All items are sent with a signature required for delivery, unless otherwise specified.
FAULTY ITEMS
We will replace any faulty item within 7 days. General wear and tear to garments will not be replaced. If you believe your item is defective and the fault occurred outside the 7 days, please email us.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns on t-shirts and t-shirt dresses. Please choose carefully and take the time to consult the size chart. The best way to select the correct size is to lay flat an existing t-shirt you own and measure across from side seam to side seam, and compare it to our measurements.
If you really need to exchange your piece for a size up or size down, you will be charged an exchange fee to cover admin, processing and shipping. Also, it is your responsibility to ship the item back to us using a tracked courier service. Please see our T&Cs for more details.
